What needs attention?
I can look across stock, orders, purchasing, builds, and change history — then turn your decision into an approved database action.
Try asking “What should I work on first?” or point me at a part, order, supplier, or stock issue.

How is buildability calculated?
Built stock + Buildable = Total available
  • Built stock — finished units already in inventory for this assembly
  • Buildable = min( floor( available ÷ required qty ) ) across each BOM component
  • available = on-hand stock + sub-assembly buildable (recursed if the component has its own BOM)
Part / assembly Qty

Packing station

Boxes, totes, weigh tolerances, and carrier label purchasing for Pick, Pack & Ship.

Stallion V5 label purchasing
Use this switch to test rates, address validation, and label retrieval without allowing a new label purchase. It does not replace the server-side production cutover switch.
Packing box presets
Operators can select these boxes during Pack. Empty weight and dimensions are used for expected-weight checks and Stallion rates; they can override a preset when needed. Dimensions default to centimetres.
Packing tote weights
Save the empty tare for each reusable tote. Packing fills the saved weight when the operator scans a matching Tote ID; the measured tare can still be changed before Pick starts.
Packing station
The Pick, Pack & Ship station picks unwrapped parts into one tote on the scale, then wraps and boxes off the scale. Tote tare is subtracted from every pick reading; the packing-material allowance is how much heavier than the bare box + contents a sealed parcel may weigh before the final weigh is questioned. Leave tote tare at 0 to pick onto the bare pan. Past the end-of-shift hour (24-hour clock, default 18:00) the queue prompts about orders still open, so sessions are not left running overnight.
Hardware button keys (this machine)
One-button operation: a foot pedal or USB button that sends a keystroke advances the station through its steps. This setting lives on this machine only. Leave blank for the default (F13, F14, F15). Enter comma-separated key names (e.g. F13, or Enter) if your button sends something else.

Shopify

Line-item overrides and low-stock publish dampening.

Shopify line overrides
Manual part mappings for Shopify orders where the line item SKU was blank at order time.
Shopify low-stock dampening
When Publish Qty is at or below the threshold, publish only a percentage of the computed quantity to reduce overselling risk. Individual parts can override these defaults.
Market & B2B prices
Pulls each part's current listed price from every Shopify Market and B2B catalog price list, for the Margins tab. This is a manual snapshot, not live — re-run it after changing prices in Shopify.
Maintenance: backfill order channels
One-time fix for orders executed before D2C/B2B channel tagging existed — re-fetches each from Shopify and fills in its region/channel so it shows up correctly on the Margins tab instead of "Unclassified". Safe to re-run; already-tagged orders are skipped.
